What we do

1. We ring you at a time you choose — about half an hour. You just talk; we ask the questions.
2. We fill in every page of the form, in your own words, the way it is scored.
3. We print it and post it to you, first class, with a sheet saying exactly what to do.
4. You read it, sign it and post it off. It stays your claim — we never send anything in your name.

How the money works

• £15 today, one payment. We do not keep your card.
• £234 only if it is awarded — or your rate goes up after a review. We send the bill once you or your family tell us on a recorded call, or send us the letter.
• 14 days to pay the bill — online, by telephone with us, or by bank transfer. Or in 3 parts of £78.
• If they say no, you pay nothing more, and we help you ask them to look again, free.
• We never take our fee out of your allowance. It is always a separate bill.
• No late fees, no interest, no debt collectors. We never take money because you did not reply.
• Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days. If you cancel after your pack reaches you, and then send it in and are awarded, you pay £149 in all — our usual price for the same work.
