Finish your claim
One price, one payment, everything done with you — and the same promise: if they say no, we help you ask again, free — and if it is still no, every penny back.
£149 — we fill the form in with you
We fill the form in with you and send it to you ready to sign — whichever of these suits you best:
- Together on the telephone. About half an hour at a time you choose — you just talk. The form is about 30 pages (about 88 in Scotland), and our specialists work through every wording to give you the best chance of the higher rate, in your own words.
- Printed and posted to you. We print the completed pages and post them to your home — a few days in the post — and all you do is sign them and send them off. If you would rather have them by email, just say.
You sign it and send it yourself either way: it stays your claim from start to finish, and we never send anything to the DWP on your behalf.
For a new claim: once it's paid, we fix your claim date the same day, so your allowance counts from that day.
If they say no, we help you ask them to look again, free. If the answer is still no, you get every penny back — send us a photograph of that second letter and the money goes back the same day.
Card or bank transfer — whichever suits you. On the payment page you can pay by card, or choose a bank transfer: it shows you the account name, a six-digit sort code, an eight-digit account number and a short reference to put with the payment. A transfer usually arrives the same day, and at worst takes up to three working days. Rather not do it yourself? A son, daughter or friend can pay on this same link. Or ring 07455 725912, ask us to ring you back, and we will go through the payment page with you, step by step. We never ask for card details on the telephone.
Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, and we never take card numbers over the telephone.
